Catch Me If You Can (2002)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: Technicolor 141m
Director: Steven Spielberg
Cast: Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Christopher Walken, Martin Sheen, Nathalie Baye, James Brolin

Synopsis:

An FBI fraudulent cheques investigator devotes the years 1964-69 to tracking down young Frank Abagnale, who has posed as an airline co-pilot, hospital registrar and lawyer, and 'stolen' millions of dollars, through a combination of forgery and con artistry.

Review:

Finely detailed, elegantly presented crime caper with familial asides of the kind beloved of its director. If it's as true as they say it is it's a story worth telling, but not at this length.
