Dangerous Mission (1954)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col/3-D 75m
Director: Louis King
Cast: Victor Mature, Piper Laurie, Vincent Price

Synopsis:

A witness to a Mob killing flees New York for Montana, where she takes a job at a National Park, unaware that the men interested in her are an NYPD detective and a hitman sent to kill her.

Review:

The 3-D is something of an irrelevance apart, perhaps, from the cable car climax: this is a straightforward cop thriller with film noir undertones (the cop is an ex-marine). Competently mounted for RKO by Irwin Allen (producer of those seventies disaster movies), but in unattractive colour.
