Die Hard with a Vengeance (1995)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col 128m
Director: John McTiernan
Cast: Bruce Willis, Jeremy Irons, Samuel L. Jackson

Synopsis:

The brother of the German terrorist from Die Hard holds New York to ransom, and John McClane must again wrongfoot the murderous scheme.

Review:

The director of the first film makes a welcome return but the opened out location is a minus, and the instalment suffers from the over-amping law of diminishing returns. The presence of Jackson is a clear attempt to provide our hero with another 'brother' with whom to spar verbally, but the telephone-hopping device is a clear steal from Dirty Harry.
