Library footage largely makes up for the absence of Connery, Broccoli and Saltzman from this stroll through the ups and downs of Eon's doyenship of Bond. Hagiographic voiceover narration is eschewed in favour of talking heads, most of whom have perceptive or revealing things to say, and clips from the films are playfully patched in to visualise the narrative (in a way which ultimately proves wearing). Superior DVD extra material nonetheless.
