Synopsis:
Ollie passes himself off as the outlaw Fra Diavolo, but tries to rob the brigand himself, who is actually a suave nobleman in disguise. As punishment the duo must serve as his retainers but get into all sorts of scrapes in the conduct of their duties.

Costume Laurel and Hardy, as Roach sometimes did to broaden the flavour. All good fun and featuring Stan playing 'earsie, kneesie, nosie' and getting drunk bottling the wine.
