Jack Reacher (2012)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col/2.35:1 130m
Director: Christopher McQuarrie
Cast: Tom Cruise, Rosamund Pike, Richard Jenkins, Werner Herzog, Robert Duvall

Synopsis:

When a former Gulf War sniper apparently picks off five people in Pittsburgh, it takes an ex-army cop of no fixed abode to work out he has been framed.

Review:

Tough, no-nonsense thriller which, while it very much revolves around the cool potential of its star-producer's presence, thankfully takes a nod back to the procedurals of forty years past in its deliberate pacing and sharply penned dialogue. As tense, Saturday night entertainment it is very hard to fault.
