The Legend of Hell House (1973)

£0.00

Country: GB
Technical: col 94m
Director: John Hough
Cast: Pamela Franklin, Roddy McDowall, Clive Revill, Gayle Hunnicutt

Synopsis:

Scientists and occultists gather at an eccentric millionaire's former abode, in the hope of exorcising it of its hauntings.

Review:

Poltergeist-style phenomena and a certain amount of mayhem precede the anticipated revelations that the owner of the mansion was a mad pervert. It is all very reminiscent of The Haunting, and McDowall would do it all again in Fright Night, but offers some bracing sequences nonetheless.
