Mary Shelley's Frankenstein (1994)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col 123m
Director: Kenneth Branagh
Cast: Kenneth Branagh, Robert de Niro, Helena Bonham Carter

Synopsis:

A scientist makes a man out of scavenged body parts and imbues it with life, but it runs amok when he rejects it and seeks in turn to destroy its creator.

Review:

At first the promise of something closer to the novel is adhered to, but then Branagh's bombastic direction takes over and careening shots of laboratory equipment leave us thinking of all the other Frankenstein films again.
