If you can get past the first half-hour and all the adolescent colloquialisms, this 'It's Going to be a Wonderful Life' is actually quite adept at imparting some invaluable wisdom, harbouring a neat little sting in the tail and demonstrating how outdoor sex in picturesque settings is all part of growing up and being Canadian.
