The Mystery of the Wax Museum (1933)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col 77m
Director: Michael Curtiz
Cast: Lionel Atwill, Fay Wray, Glenda Farrell

Synopsis:

A girl discovers that a waxworks has actually real bodies underneath the exhibits.

Review:

A treasure of a film that was almost lost to us when Warners remade it as House of Wax. The burning sequence is an all-timer, and some of the photography is remarkably clear in spite of shifting colour, the bubbling tank for instance.
