Ocean's Thirteen (2007)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: Technicolor/2.35:1 122m
Director: Steven Soderbergh
Cast: George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Al Pacino, Elliott Gould, Don Cheadle, Ellen Barkin

Synopsis:

When their mentor, Reuben, suffers a coronary, the loose association of caper artists headed by Danny Ocean lock forces to pay back the casino owner whose welshing on a hotel deal brought on the attack.

Review:

Characteristically slick and well-upholstered entry in a profitable Warners franchise; enjoyable for its surface pleasures, but all the techno babble and smart editing in the world cannot disguise the unaddressed implausibility of sinking not one, but two, Chunnel drilling machines outside a Vegas hotel without drawing unwanted attention.
