Synopsis:
In Chicago the archbishop is brutally murdered, apparently by one of his choirboys whom he saved from a life of poverty. An iconoclastic and self-satisfied defence lawyer takes on his case for publicity reasons but becomes convinced of his innocence in spite of overwhelming circumstantial evidence.
Review:
Idiotically titled to fit in the hackneyed Jagged Edge genre, this courtroom drama with a thriller twist in it tail does little to justify its length and is jeopardised by the star's laidback acting style. However, Norton was certainly impressive in his debut starring role.
