Synopsis:
A lapsed novice is picked up by a drifter and both end up at Bates' Motel, where the latter's exploits provide Norman with plentiful opportunities to work out the attraction he feels for the former.

Entirely redundant sequel to a neat idea (Norman twenty years on in Psycho II). Lines and shots by now oh so familiar to us are dished up at the service of a banal plot involving an investigative journalist and a runaway nun. The themes of sexual repression and maternal jealousy are given a prurient update thanks to the younger cast and permissive times.
