Return of Sabata (1971)

£0.00

(È tornato Sabata...hai chiuso un'altra volta)

Country: IT/FR/GER
Technical: col/scope 88m
Director: Frank Kramer (Gianfranco Parolini)
Cast: Lee Van Cleef, Reiner Schöne, Annabella Incontrera

Synopsis:

Sabata arrives in a town dominated by a robber baron, who is unlawfully taxing the citizens, ostensibly to pay for civic improvements.

Review:

A curiously prosaic premise for a Western notwithstanding, it is never in doubt that Van Cleef is on top of the situation, and so narrative tension is absent from the start of this farrago of 'spaghetti' clichés (contrived action scenes, poor dubbing, stylized sound effects and kinky gadgetry).
