Synopsis:
Four actors meet for a day's shooting, but petty professional squabbles distract them from the roles in hand. Then an extra fails to perform and the masks slip, or do they?
Review:
It should have been called 'Four players in search of a film': the conceit, late revealed, is that they are being directed by AI, but there is no crew, at no point do we see so much as a boom, and the results are miraculously edited in camera... Then we are at length treated to a tracking shot of, yes, the dolly tracks, which lasts for several minutes, echoing the two prolonged walking shots from earlier in the film (made, incidentally, at an aerodrome). Essentially a piece of café-théâtre, with some sparky dialogue and performances, this is nevertheless a pointless exercise in fourth-wall professional jealousies and political correctness, no doubt produced rather cheaply.
