Tarzan the Ape Man (1981)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col 115m
Director: John Derek
Cast: Miles O'Keefe, Bo Derek, Richard Harris

Synopsis:

When Jane's father takes her on safari with him, she can't take her eyes off the mute ape-man they meet deep in the jungle.

Review:

Really a hymn of praise to the physique of the director's young wife, this has to be one of the most embarrassing Tarzans ever made, with no action to speak of, just lots of loafing around. The closest it gets to imperilment is when Jane is painted many colours by native girls.
