Tchao, Pantin (1983)

£0.00

(So Long, Stooge)

Country: FR
Technical: col 100m
Director: Claude Berri
Cast: Richard Anconina, Coluche, Philippe Léotard, Agnès Soral

Synopsis:

An emotionally inert filling station attendant makes friends with a small-time pusher, whose death he decides to avenge. He seeks information from the girlfriend, who in turn starts to probe beneath the surface of his torpor and gives him a reason for living.

Review:

Comic Coluche's first dramatic role, and a particularly dark crime drama it turned out to be. Berri makes much of his deglamorized Paris locations and draws classic French naturalistic performances from his cast.
