The Way West (1967)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col/scope 122m
Director: Andrew V. McLaglen
Cast: Kirk Douglas, Robert Mitchum, Richard Widmark

Synopsis:

A wagon train forges west, encountering natural obstacles, Indians and internal disputes.

Review:

We have been here many times before, and there is little that McLaglen's film has to add. The big set piece is the lowering of the wagons down an escarpment, but it is a long haul. Twenty year-old Sally Field makes her big screen debut.
