WUSA (1970)

£0.00

Country: US
Technical: col/scope 117m
Director: Stuart Rosenberg
Cast: Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward, Anthony Perkins, Laurence Harvey

Synopsis:

A cynical broadcaster works for a reactionary New Orleans radio station while not necessarily agreeing with its politics. He is shaken out of his complacency by his girlfriend and a neighbour who believes he has evidence of a conspiracy.

Review:

One of the more muddle-headed, even hysterical, conspiracy narratives that inevitably followed the decade of assassinations. Acting and direction are of quality but the author's dialogue is laughably allusive.
